Digital Content Nature
Our membership plans provide access to streaming video master classes and downloadable materials. Upon purchase and account activation, digital content becomes available immediately.
Cooling-Off Period
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if the digital service has a major failure or is not as described. If you have not accessed any master class content within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us. Once content has been streamed or downloaded, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active billing cycle unless required by law.
